Backwards Kick

Ah, the backwards kick. The one that frustrates so many as they're learning it, but the one that most say is one of the most useful kicks they've learned. This video was shot during a fundamentals class where I was demonstrating skills. I did not intend this to be used later and did not set up the video or demonstration appropriately. But the video came out OK, and I haven't gotten around to really doing the video, so here's what we have so far.
